The cost examples, for the plans shown below, reflect a fairly accurate idea of what you should expect to pay when building in an area near French Creek Log Homes.

Keep in mind that there are many variables, that are not represented here, that can change the cost of a project. These numbers in our cost examples are intended to give you an approximate cost for an assembled "Shell Plus" package and a completely built "Complete Package" using our #132 T&G D-profile full log and butt and pass corners.
